Whatnot offers free shipping for a true feeling of winning something for free by offering free shipping on giveaways. It honestly makes me close the app when I see I won a dollar worth card but have to pay more thanks it's worth in shipping fees.

Scheduling watching the drip drop every two hours is not an easy task and if this is a true way to allow your regulars earn points, allow entry during the entire 2 hour window.

I understand using profanity in chat is now banned, however I speak on behalf of the Drip users that are in the streams that I am being as frustrated as I am with our words being censored. Further, different users are censored with different words with no rhyme or reason. If a chat is tagged as explicit with a clear notification as such, there should be no reason to censor anyone who is in that stream. This change was unannounced and limits the experience we in chat have. Not trying to promote discrimination or hate by any means, but using profanity is not suggestive of being inappropriate or showing I'll will towards anyone. Asking that Drip reverts back to previous when free speech was allowed

What a joke of a company, they amount of answers and support or lack there of is shameful and unprofessional to say the least. As a buyer I enjoyed watching streamers and buying product. 2 months later I can no longer sign, why? Wtf. I emailed support, got half ass answers, replies stating they would get back to me and never did. I sent pictures and dialogue of issues, yet nothing was done just half ass, replies and no follow ups. I did get a free tote with candy in the mail, oh yay, guess they think that makes up for shit customer service.

Who thought auto playing audio when you open the app in iOS is a good idea?? Horrible, especially if I just wanted to see whose playing.

The recent and upcoming changes to dripshop live are hurting the experience on drip.As a frequent and substantial buyer on the platform the continued onslaught of YouTube streamers support instead of helping and supporting the current streamers is disheartening. The community built by the current team is the beauty of it all. I Definitely support the marketing and the attempts at growing platform. Giving free stuff away is not the only answer. Helping current streamer in marketing and cross posting on the other social media platform as well as drip taking a bigger part in the industry in genera will help. The recent news of transaction fees being added to streamers is terrible. I understand costs but the games is one thing that makes drip special. Such as ducks,wheels etc. these transaction fees for the smaller purchases can be a problem and affect them as well as buyers. It’s currently Tuesday and I count 150 people total on app across all categories. 50 percent of those are streamers and people with multiple accounts The other 50 percent are people just watching. That leaves 40 buyers on app at 830 at night. That is not sustainable for the streamers on platform. Adding cost to them and those buyers can’t be the answer. Drip has to do Better buy the streamers they have. Also customer service by staff in chats and in messaging is terrible. 100 million dollar company has to have some accountability. I have supported and loved drip and the community. Please acknowledge

I pulled a LANA SAR on @ L.N.K.Industries stream and was told to contact y'all for a 100$ drip credit! I have screenshots of needed

This person is scamming people with inaccurate descriptions! Not only was my package several weeks late and a different tracking number but when it came, it was only a sticker and no item. Drip customer service was helping until I informed them that the product was not as described.

the streamer that I love to watch can't even stream on here after their first stream because trolls leave 1-star reviews that are false. Please fix this so I can continue to support my fellow streamers. TreasuredCollectibles deserve more than what you guys are giving them!

I've setup my notifications settings on iOS to only alert me on when I'm tagged or my followed streams. But throughout the day I get notified for streams I dont follow or events I dont have interest in. This is not just one every day or few days, but a few a day that I did not ask for. It's getting to a point that I'm either going to have to mute notifications or delete the app. Which will disappoint me, as I do enjoy a few streamers. Why create a notification settings and ignore them?
