Manipulation and misrepresentation
Mackenzie M
Maybe stop removing feedback you guys dont like. On here, on the Drip stream page, blocking people on Facebook who leave negative reviews (btw people can still SEE the review, you just cant see it), or ignoring feedback in your own feedback channel on Drip. Your trying to manipulate people into thinking you guys are doing better than you are. This is falsifying information and attempting to misrepresent yourselves.
Maybe actually listen to the criticism you recieve instead of taking it as an attack.
And the negative reviews you get on the app store is probably stuff you guys should actually pay attention to and work on?

I have always said that I love getting feedback, though I may not enjoy hearing it. It can hurt for sure, but how else can you ever hope to improve if you are not open to external feedback. No one is so self-aware that they cannot benefit from feedback.
Mackenzie raises a critical point for your continued success. I'd strongly suggest you listen to it.
I'd also strongly suggest your management and service team do some learning on feedback and its superpowers. There is plenty of leadership training on what good feedback looks like and if you look hard enough, there is plenty of information on how to properly listen to and benefit from external feedback.

Customer feedback is really important and i would like to see more of that responded to. I know it can be tough to hear, but they want to enjoy the platform and should be a priority voice

How can I agree with this statement more than once? Drip, we can provide specific and verifiable examples to these actions.
