This should be merely be an option toggle when we create a stream. and then when people click on the stream, there should be a pop-up that says: This stream contains profanity and mature content, viewers discretion is advised.

This way they are forced to acknowledge it, and can't say they weren't warned, even though they'll still say that cause most people wont read it.
